These terms apply when you use wallums.com or buy from Wallums ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

Orders and prices

  • All prices are in US dollars. We ship to US addresses only.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price or product was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund what you paid.
  • Everything is made to order. See our Refund Policy for cancellations, returns and exchanges.

Colors, sizes and photos

  • Colors on screen are approximate and vary between devices. Metallic colors are especially hard to show. For exact colors, order a color sample pack.
  • Product photos and the color preview show the design, not its exact size on your wall. Sizes listed are for the whole assembled design.
  • Murals are enlarged from photographs and are meant to be seen from across the room. Up close they may look slightly soft.

Installation and your walls

  • Our decals use removable adhesive and usually come off without damaging paint on properly prepared and painted walls. Results depend on your wall, paint and installation, so we can't guarantee that every surface will hold a decal or be undamaged when it is removed.
  • Follow our installation instructions. Test a small piece first, especially on textured walls or low-VOC paint.
  • Place decals out of reach of young children and never in or above a crib. Small pieces can be a choking hazard.

Custom orders and your artwork

  • Custom and personalized orders are made to your specifications and can't be returned.
  • If you send us artwork, text or images, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any custom request.

Our content

The designs, photos and text on this site belong to Wallums or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

Reviews and messages

If you post a review or send us content, you let us display and use it on our site and in our marketing. Please keep it honest and respectful; we may remove content that isn't.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including wall repair or repainting costs. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
