Frequently Asked Questions

Will Wallums stick to any wall?

Smooth walls are ideal, and most textured walls work with a little patience. Some VOC-free paints don't hold vinyl well, so every order includes a free test decal. Want to check first? Order a color sample pack.

Are they easy to remove?

Yes. Start at a corner and peel slowly at a sharp angle. As long as your walls were properly prepped and painted, the decal comes off without damaging the paint.

How do I know which size to order?

Measure the area where it will go and pick the size that fills it the way you like. Sizes are for the whole assembled design. Need something different? Request a custom size.

Are the colors on screen accurate?

Screens vary, and metallics like Gold, Copper and Silver are especially hard to show. For exact colors, order a color sample pack.

How quickly will my order ship?

Everything is made to order by hand in our Northern California shop and usually ships within a week. Orders over $100 ship free within the continental US. We ship to US addresses only.

Super cute, love for kids bathroom

I got these for my kids’ bathroom to go above the towel rack and they’re beautiful. We got the sea green because it’s one of the colors in our ocean themed shower curtain and also got the cute jellyfish decals for the wall above the toilet. I think these are a really nice design!

Love Wallums!

Between the placid sea turtles, the killer orange octopus arms, my two Tikis, the tropical floral and ALOHA sign. . .my new office rocks! Those who have seen it so far have given me nothing but rave reviews! Thank you Wallums!

What a great addition to our office!

Our swimming honus (honu is the Hawaiian word for turtle) are right at home in the Honolulu office of our vacation rental management company. They make a lovely statement!

Swimming turtles

I love them! They don't stick to my wall because of the paint used in this room. I have them in other rooms and they look fabulous!
