Frequently Asked Questions

Will Wallums stick to any wall?

Smooth walls are ideal, and most textured walls work with a little patience. Some VOC-free paints don't hold vinyl well, so every order includes a free test decal. Want to check first? Order a color sample pack.

Are they easy to remove?

Yes. Start at a corner and peel slowly at a sharp angle. As long as your walls were properly prepped and painted, the decal comes off without damaging the paint.

How do I know which size to order?

Measure the area where it will go and pick the size that fills it the way you like. Sizes are for the whole assembled design. Need something different? Request a custom size.

Are the colors on screen accurate?

Screens vary, and metallics like Gold, Copper and Silver are especially hard to show. For exact colors, order a color sample pack.

How quickly will my order ship?

Everything is made to order by hand in our Northern California shop and usually ships within a week. Orders over $100 ship free within the continental US. We ship to US addresses only.

Perfect size, great quality

Even in small, these are a great size and the design is so versatile since you cut them apart and can apply them in whatever way you desire.

The ONLY wall decals I'll buy!

I've been buying wall decals from this company for 15 years! We move a lot and also internationally. I have used these in every house for the kids bedrooms to the bathrooms and also for little accents in the kitchen and family rooms! When you rent, you can't really change the house that much, and these make it feel like ours! They are easy to use, easy to remove, and they are NOT flimsy!! Nice and thick, and stay on the wall! THE BEST!!!!
