Frequently Asked Questions

Will Wallums stick to any wall?

Smooth walls are ideal, and most textured walls work with a little patience. Some VOC-free paints don't hold vinyl well, so every order includes a free test decal. Want to check first? Order a color sample pack.

Are they easy to remove?

Yes. Start at a corner and peel slowly at a sharp angle. As long as your walls were properly prepped and painted, the decal comes off without damaging the paint.

How do I know which size to order?

Measure the area where it will go and pick the size that fills it the way you like. Sizes are for the whole assembled design. Need something different? Request a custom size.

Are the colors on screen accurate?

Screens vary, and metallics like Gold, Copper and Silver are especially hard to show. For exact colors, order a color sample pack.

How quickly will my order ship?

Everything is made to order by hand in our Northern California shop and usually ships within a week. Orders over $100 ship free within the continental US. We ship to US addresses only.

Sarcasm for the kitchen

I speak fluent sarcasm, and something just seemed to be missing in my house. I wanted to add a part of my personality to make it more "mine". "Many have eaten here. Few have died." was the perfect addition to my kitchen. I feel at home every time I see it.

Funny quote, easy to assemble

Funny quote, easy to assemble . Always peel these from top to bottom it’s easier than left to right. Smaller than I thought . Smallest is from my elbow to wrist...practically unnoticeable.

Love, love, love my Wallis’s! Bought one for the Kitchen and one for the guest bedroom. Pretty easy to install (I probaby am slower than most because I am so particular). But I love this as an alternative to picture, wallpaper etc!

Wallums LOVE

I ordered two and can't decide which one I like better! They're both perfect! After one installation, the second was a breeze (not that the first one was difficult). I love the font, love the colors available and love that there is the option create my own!
