Frequently Asked Questions

Will Wallums stick to any wall?

Smooth walls are ideal, and most textured walls work with a little patience. Some VOC-free paints don't hold vinyl well, so every order includes a free test decal. Want to check first? Order a color sample pack.

Are they easy to remove?

Yes. Start at a corner and peel slowly at a sharp angle. As long as your walls were properly prepped and painted, the decal comes off without damaging the paint.

How do I know which size to order?

Measure the area where it will go and pick the size that fills it the way you like. Sizes are for the whole assembled design. Need something different? Request a custom size.

Are the colors on screen accurate?

Screens vary, and metallics like Gold, Copper and Silver are especially hard to show. For exact colors, order a color sample pack.

How quickly will my order ship?

Everything is made to order by hand in our Northern California shop and usually ships within a week. Orders over $100 ship free within the continental US. We ship to US addresses only.

Perfect

It's perfect. My only complaint is that I believed it would be much larger than it is. 72" high to me means that the trunk would be, or close. It's not, not even close.

Daughter loves it

Great experience with Wallums. Customer service was very friendly and sent me color samples of the decals before I ordered (since I couldn't decided between colors). Took someone's suggestion of printing out the stock photo and as I placed each flower on the wall, I crossed out the corresponding one in the picture. I had a lot of extra decals (this may be due to the fact that I ordered the larger sized tree and my wall wasn't as big as I thought it was). Was able to install in about 2 hours and that's me being picky and rearranging. The look on my daughter's face when she saw her room after school...priceless. Will definitely order again from this company :)

Love this tree so much!

I researched over and over for the right tree for my daughters nursery, this one looked perfect. I took a long time deciding what color flowers to go for and ended up with the yellow green and dark red, when the tree arrived (very quick processing and shipping) I thought the colors might be too bold, how wrong I was! The tree is up, I did it myself, yes it's that simple to put up - READ THE INSTRUCTIONS - if you do it's easy! The tree looks brilliant the colors are amazing and we even have flowers left over, so handy as I started to rush and tore one, so it didn't matter. Great product, if your in doubt about the colors take advantage of the free color sample, it's what it's there for!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!
