Frequently Asked Questions

Will Wallums stick to any wall?

Smooth walls are ideal, and most textured walls work with a little patience. Some VOC-free paints don't hold vinyl well, so every order includes a free test decal. Want to check first? Order a color sample pack.

Are they easy to remove?

Yes. Start at a corner and peel slowly at a sharp angle. As long as your walls were properly prepped and painted, the decal comes off without damaging the paint.

How do I know which size to order?

Measure the area where it will go and pick the size that fills it the way you like. Sizes are for the whole assembled design. Need something different? Request a custom size.

Are the colors on screen accurate?

Screens vary, and metallics like Gold, Copper and Silver are especially hard to show. For exact colors, order a color sample pack.

How quickly will my order ship?

Everything is made to order by hand in our Northern California shop and usually ships within a week. Orders over $100 ship free within the continental US. We ship to US addresses only.

A Perfect Greeting!

We chose this decal in the 60"x60" size in storm grey for our larger foyer wall and absolutely love the results. If I could post the photo I would. This took us about 2 hrs total. It comes in 3 pieces. Install top first after measuring center of wall then center of decal and we used a level and laser to make pencil marks. First decal takes the longest and be careful of the loopy "H"s - second decals did not require measuring as there are sm square line-up "print marks", but I would suggest checking level for each and adjust as necessary as we had to. We have white textured walls and it is so firmly pressed to the wall it looks like a custom paint job! Best advice take your time and have two people - it's WORTH the money & price. Fast shipping too - Thank you!!!
