Shipping Policy

Wallums.com products are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, Wallums.com will reship the package with corrected address at the customer's expense.

Wallums.com cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company's error or weather.

Wallums.com is unable to bill shipping charges to a receiver's/third party account.

If a package is returned to Wallums.com after 3 delivery attempts by the shipping company, the package will be resent at the customer's expense.

All of our standard shipments will be shipped via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. We also offer expedited shipping services with Fedex 2nd day air at affordable rates. Tracking #'s are provided via email.

We do ship international. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates start at $30. All duties, taxes and import fees are the buyer's responsibility. International packages usually arrive within 7-10 business days but can take up to 30 days.

Standard Domestic Shipping Times (does not include production time)

Economy Shipping - 3-10 business days - flat rate of $7.99 or FREE** for orders over $100

Priority Shipping - 2-4 business days

Fedex 2nd day air - 2 business days - $25-$46 (depending on location)

Fedex Overnight - 1 business day - $42-$60 (depending on location)

Shipping times DO NOT include Processing/Production time.

Processing Policy

All of our decals are made to order. Standard processing time is 1-7 business days. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from Petaluma, CA. We strive to process all orders as soon as possible. Most delayed orders are shipped within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy 

All of our decals are made to order. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us ASAP with your order number. Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 3% if production has not been started on your order. This is due to a non-refundable transaction fee we incur from our credit card processor. Once production has started on your decal, the order cannot be cancelled without a cancellation fee of 20%. Orders that are cancelled after a proof has been sent are subject to a $20 fee.
