Return Policy

  • Orders using Living Social or Groupon vouchers may only be returned for store credit minus original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be accessed on all other returned orders regardless of condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be accessed on all exchanges.
  • Removable Wallpaper, Murals and Door Murals CANNOT be returned.
  • Holiday themed decals and Clearance items are not returnable.
  • Gift Certificates are not elligble for a refund.
  • Returns and Exchanges can only be authorized within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Wallums.com represenatitve and must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number(RMA#).
  • Refunds can only be issued for items returned in the original, unused condition. The decal must be rolled. Do not fold the decal.
  • Decals that are folded or cut apart when returned will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • All return shipping is to be paid for by customer.
  • Customer who return items that qualified for free shipping will recieve a credit minus the restocking fee and minus the initial cost of shipping for the item.
  • RMA #'s will only be given to original purchaser.
  • Custom orders, Personalized items, color samples or test decal packs are not returnable or exchangable.
  • Partial exchanges are not allowed for designs with multiple colors. For example, if you purchase a tree with green and lime-tree green leaves, you cannot exchange the leaves for another color. You must purchase an additional set of leaves or return the entire decal.
  • Decals that do not adhere to textured walls or unfit surfaces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned or exchanged. Wallums.com may provide a replacement decal at a discounted rate under our discretion.
  • All returns must be shipped back using a trackable and insured shipping method. We recommend Fedex.
  • If an item is missing a piece, the piece may be replaced at Wallums.com discretion. We would need proof(picture) that the piece is missing.

Cancellation Policy 

All of our decals are made to order. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us ASAP with your order number. Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 3% if production has not been started on your order. This is due to a non-refundable transaction fee we incur from our credit card processor. Once production has started on your decal, the order cannot be cancelled without a cancellation fee of 20%. Orders that are cancelled after a proof has been sent are subject to a $20 fee.
