Spring is here and what better way to welcome this new season than with a pet-friendly garden! Whether your idea of a garden is a lush expanse of outdoor foliage or a few indoor potted plants (that you pray survive longer than a week) gardening is the perfect Spring activity. For those of us with pets, it is important to choose plants that are safe for our beloved companions. Here are some resources on pet-safe plants that you can incorporate into your Spring gardening this weekend.

Introducing Our Newest Addition

  • March 06, 2016

Our sweet little girl is here! After 25 hours of labor, she made her way earth side safely and with so much love at the Thrive Birth Center in Santa Rosa. It was an amazing experience and Steve and I are so in love with her. I worked up until the contractions started which happened to be on my due date. She’s a punctual little thing! That morning, I installed a new set of printed birch tree decals in her nursery corner because I realized we were running out of time. I was convinced we’d have another week until her arrival because the first baby is usually late, right? Wrong! I’m so glad I did it because now it’s lots of bed rest and I have something gorgeous to look at while we lay in bed. I’ll try to post pictures of her corner soon!
